Some practical information:
- prices: the prices you find include VAT, the shipping cost will be added to the finalization of the purchase (equal to € 7.00 for national shipments)
- payments: our payment systems are guaranteed by the Paypal system which allows payment with the main payment cards (visa and mastercard circuits), ensuring their safety
- shipments **: Delivery of orders is guaranteed by DHL, you will receive your shopping conveniently to your home in three working days. We offer free shipping in Italy for more than € 100. The offer is not valid for the purchase of the BabyZen Yoyo.
- product availability: the products you will find in our online shop are usually in stock, this allows us to process the order the next working day after your purchase, for any problem you will be contacted at the contact details left in the check out form.
- billing: together with your customers you will receive a summary of the order, with details of the costs. Sales of products made through the internet are similar to mail order sales and, therefore, the provision contained in art. 2, letter oo), of the DPR 21.12.1996, n. 696, which provides for the exemption from the obligation to issue a receipt or tax receipt. To receive an invoice it is necessary to request it, as soon as the purchase is finalized, to firstname.lastname@example.org
- returns and exchanges: if the purchase does not satisfy you, you can choose to return or exchange it, just write to us at email@example.com and wait for our authorization to proceed with the shipment of the goods. NB: returns and exchanges are possible only if the garment is intact, new and with the label; Exchanges and returns are not possible for lingerie items (briefs and bras).
